Q.

Hello , My baby is 11 months old and he requires 5-6 times milk during night and wants to be latched to me always ( breastfeed) !! Should I increase his dinner portion?? If i stop breastfeeding him he starts crying in sleep..

A. you need to increase night meals. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables

A. Yes If you think that increasing the food portion is going to help you then you go ahead with that but because 5 to 6 times at this age is not a very good child mostly weeks up to 3 times but you can try increasing the portion also if you want you can start giving formula instead of breastfeeding
