Q.

Hello, My baby is 1 year old and his weight is 8 kgs.His birth weight was 3.25 kg. He was 7.5 kg till 9 months and now weight is not increasing since last 3 months. Can you pls suggest foods to help increase weight.He passes stool 3-4 times a day and also some food particle prices in it..is this normal

A. give Ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mangi, custard apple will help to increase weight , food should be properly cooked, n move to give family food in mashed form
