hello my baby is 1 year n 10 days old ,she got little pimples on their vagina what can i do which medicine or any home remedies

If you use diapers than avoid using it for next few days. Rather than this you can apply rash free ointment. Try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t say the temperature of surroundings frequently. Don’t apply oil for next few days. To cure the area fast.
