If your baby is jaundiced for more than 3 weeks, it is better to contact a doctor. If your baby has other symptoms like yellow skin, lack of energy, irritability, fever and trouble with eating, then it is definitely jaundice. But since your child is eating well, I think you should not worry but just consult with your doctor to be on the safer side.
