hello my baby is 1 month old and Water comes out of his left eye, is this normal? and spit comes out of his mouth

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes spit up n watery eyes are common at this age. do tear duct massage to avoid watery eyes. n Keep your baby in an upright position after feeding. Remember to always burp your baby.
