Hello my baby is 1.5 years old and she has severe constipation. What should i do?

Make it a practice to start the day with warm water apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and about 30 ML of prune juice can also be given to the child in the night before sleeping these things are very benefiting at the same time I would also recommend you to give plenty of flyovers and fluids in the diet which really helps a lot
