spinach, ladyfinger, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi, seasam seeds etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium.

Could Mostly be deficiency of calcium only you should get a check with your doctor the doctor can advise you clearly whether it is some deficiency or any other issue associated with these ports and colour after that if any supplement or medicines are required they can be suggested
