hello .my baby has vomiting and loose motion,upset stomach. He not eating anything.what should I give him in food?

You can give soups during this time it would be very comforting for the child also I must tell you please take an assistance with your doctor because the child would require proper course of medication to get rid of the problem that is there and accordingly the child would feel better eat better with time
