Hello my baby has suffer rattling sound or cough what should I do

Samiksha vermaMom of a 7 m old girl4 weeks agoA. A rattling sound may be due to mucus in the chest or nose. Keep the baby upright after feeds and use saline nasal drops. Monitor breathing; if there is wheezing, chest indrawing, or difficulty breathing, consult a doctor immediately.
