Q.

hello my baby has not done potty for last 5 days...have also given her stool softener as prescribed by doctor but still she has not dne the potty...baby is fully irritated....plzz provide some solution

A. mam... already have given stool softener To my baby but still it is not working....can we use the gylcerine medicine for her....worried too much for her

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important fofr you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipaftion medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.
