Hello my baby has lot of small acne on face and now they are increasing day by day and spreading from neck to back wat to do i have stop using oil or any sort of baby products

Hi It would be better for you to just apply Cetaphil lotion on to the entire body rather than applying any kind of oil for the timing and if the acne is increasing then you get a check with your doctor maybe they can suggest you with something better that you can apply but as of now cetaphil lotion is a very good choice
