Q.

Hello, my baby got one and half month shot a week before. but, still I can see lump on his thigh. is it common to have lump for more than week? do I need to consult doctor on this? kindly suggest.

A. No I don't see any lump after 2 days of vaccine

A. after painful vaccines like dpt which comes with pentavalent vaccine can cause swelling in in the limbs which can continue for more than two months also. it does not require any treatment and should go away on its own. after vaccination immediately you should start applying ice as well as thrombophob gel to prevent such swellings from persisting

A. Hi parent yes mam I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
