Q.

Hello, my baby girl is 8months old and would like to start with formula milk, since there is a small reduction in breast milk. Want to give only 1 feed of formula milk daily., because I will continue breast feeding and only want to compensate for the reduction of breast milk. How much formula milk can I give her for 1 feed. 90ml is good?

A. hi mother's milk is best food for a child,so please stick to breastfeeding but as you have low milk supply, here I suggest some tips to increase your breastmilk supply, hope it help: offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for it. stay stress free make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
