hello my baby girl is 4 month old can I give milk in lying position

place a towel over baby pillow to avoid milk spilling into ears.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and give colicaid drops thrice a day. burp inbetween and after feeding session

better to avoid.
because at this young age babies don't have fully developed digestive system which so it can cause ear infection .
so I would suggest to try any other different feeding positions.
