yes you can if the baby is in the sleeping position
if the baby is awake you can keep him in upright position after each feed for sometime

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if you and your baby is comfortable in lying down position then no news to worry. and also give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and also massage twice a day with almond oil.
