hello my baby girl is 3 year and 10 months old. Many pimples have appeared on my child's body or one of the pimples itches then apply some cream it goes away but it leaves marks on the body .what to do

A. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin. most of the times they will go away on their own without any treatment. do not apply any lotion ceream or powder which might cause allergy if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream. meet your doctor for local examination r
