hello my baby girl is 2 yrs 9month old from past 4-5 days she is complaining pain at her urine area when I touched however she comfortably pass her urine.. no crying at all but when I touched that area to clean she cries what would be the reason and do I need to consult a doctor for the same and if yes then whom to show pediatrician or Ghynokologist pl guide thank u
