hello, my baby completed 5th month and her weight is not gaining what should I do can you please suggest me

A. hi..just keep exclusively breast-feeding ur baby every two to three hours. breastmilk is the best food for your baby, this will help gain weight and also protect baby from disease. babies should double their birth weight by the time they are five months old and triple their birth weight by the time they are one year old. Babies generally gain 400 to 500 grams of weight per month after birth.
