Hello ma’am There is no need to give anything to the child to start with this medication called calcareous PHOS it is a homeopathic medication give six tablets thrice a day with a gap of six hours as it really helps a lot in easy teething and also apply honey onto your child’s gums to settle down the irritation and itchiness. Other than that please do not give anything to your child
