AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello mama By four months the weight should be anywhere between 5.6 kgs to 8.6 kgs.. If the weight is between this then no need to worry.. If not breastfeeding when awake ,then express ur milk and try giving by spoon or feeding bottle.
