Hello , my baby boy is 4 months old and he had his polo injection yesterday and from then he his having fever and the thigh where it is injected is swallon and if I use the tablet then it is fine after sometime the fever will come is it common to get fever after the polo injection and how many days it will take to regain from fever and what are the precautions to take to keep my baby boy calm.
