hello my baby boy is 18 month old today and his weight is 9kg how to become him healthy he is not ready to anything and playing every time

A. Dear mum, your baby being active and alert indicates good health. Do not worry much about weight. For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Include dry fruits like raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time.
