also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.
you can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.

All the things that you are mentioning are completely normal so when it comes to solid food don’t give properly Mast suppose you giving Roti just need it properly into Roti or anything that you are giving and that’s what you should be offering so that your child can swallow and over the period when other teeth will be there at situations are going to be better
