Q.

Hello My baby aged 9 months she has minimum weight so let me know the proper food to gain weight

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby rris not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is burnfing too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

Write Your Answer Here What is the minimum weight of your child if you would have shared with us then it would have been really very nice but as of now I can only tell you that there is no such where getting substitute for the child in this case I can recommend you to go ahead with proteins and fibre rich diet and dairy dairy
