Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.
Azmat zehraGuardian of a 5 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. my baby is 2.5 yr old...every day i give her desi ghee paratha or bread butter with chocolate spread..after that i give banana and apple daily , as fruit is important for toddlers growth..you can give her soaked dry fruits,or dates .she loves to eat dal chawal ,fried egg and fried potatoes which is good for babies weight gain...including all this she takes half kg milk..she is doing well
