hello my babe is 10 months old am a breast feeding mom.my stool is irregular but normal in thickness but when am not gng for stool am having full abdominal pain back pain and heavy white discharge pls help

A. white discharge might be due to constipation, tk avoid constipation, Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. also increase ur fluid intake, take warm water only to drink.
