Hello. My 7 and a half years old daughter had an anal fissure earlier because of continuous constipation. All of a sudden yesterday she complained severe pain while defecation. when I checked after cleaning it was all red swollen and a huge bulge was showing outside. I could have given her anti inflammatory medicine but her stomach is upset and she has been vomiting since two days. kindly suggest
