hello my 6 years old child fall from bicycle and got little injury and swelling on hand , should I apply any antiseptic cream or anything else.please suggest.

A. You should apply and clean it with a good antiseptic liquid and after that you can apply TBACT ointment onto that area and if needed also get a tetanus done by your doctor and if the swelling is there keep an ice cube and check if the swelling subside within 24 hours
