Hello, My 6 weeks old breastfed baby do poop 10 to 12 times a day in small portion. he is doing regularly this way.his weight was 3.6 kg at birth and 4.6 kg now.so is it ok? when will his poop decrease in number?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is normal in babies no medicines It is quite common that small babies will be passing stool even 8 to 10 times per a day which is absolutely normal for them there is no need to use medicines you can give neopeptine drops 0.5 ml 2 times a day for digestion
