Hello, my 3 months old baby is passing dark green stool with sour smell from past 1 week...I'm giving her both breastmilk and formula milk(NAN PRO 1)..can u please let me know is this any problem

A. Green colour poop can be due to formula milk so if the consistency of the motion is normal then nothing to worry at all and keep feeding your baby well on regular intervals
