hello, my 3 month old baby has some black spots in his poop this morning..y is it so?? plz help

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl11 months agoA. Usually it is associated with iron supplement but if you’re not giving any iron supplement still you can see black things into the poop of your child and it would be good for you to connect with your doctor for further assistance on the situation
