Q.
hello my 3 and half year old daughter had fever for about 4days and gave her paracetamol for the same after that I took her to the doctor for check up , the result was tonsils and the doctor gave 7days antibiotic (advent forte syrup) course. But she did not have fever for more than 24hours when I went to the doctor I gave her only one dose of antibiotic ... can I stop it or do I need to give her entire course ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician9 months agoA. Usually once you start antibiotic you should complete the course if medicine and don’t leave it in between so you should complete the course and try giving more liquids and fruits to the child
