Can i give T-minic drops and Paracetamol at the same time to my 6month old baby? My baby have running nose and 98F fever

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Yes you can give both but one after other. Paracetamol is to treat fever and tminic reduces cough and cold in your baby.
