hello my 2 yr baby got red patches on her body, dr gave skinify and fluticasone cream to put with an antiallergic syrup But it is not reducing, what to do plz help

A. hi parent looks like some allergic reaction please consult your doctor once as well In order to diagnose the issue properly take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning please keep her well hydrated
