hello moms my baby compltes 1yr insha allah in june can i give him hand madae roti with ghee which ghee is best... if homemade ghee is not available.. can i give him dalia also plz text

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes you can start giving roti with ghee and jaggery and cow ghee can be used or any ghee which you use at home and you can give daliya to the baby as it is very nutritious and healthy
