You can also add fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. You can give almond milk. You can give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and raisins. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give brown rice and ragi. Give banana, pear, avocado, pineapple, papaya and mango.
