A. Do exclusive breastfeed!!!! and try to keep the baby at one breast for atleast 10 to 15 minutes!!! don't change before that!!!! this way baby can feed the fat milk from the breast!!!!! this fat milk will help her in gaining weight!! my baby is 2 months and 18 days old and he is 6 kg!!!! no nazar🧿🧿 I never used formula milk!!! And let her play on bed freely,,, this can also help to gain weight 😊My dad used to say that if we'll let them play on bed throwing their legs hands here and there,,, this can help the body to grow well

A. Hello! It all depends on your child’s birth weight. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months after birth. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
