Give homemade balanced diet with vegetables, soyabean, panner, egg, fish..you can use ghee while making foods.give fruits like pomegranate, papaya,mango and other seasonal fruits.you can give coconut water, yogurt..ragi,poha,makhana,dry fruits these foods contains lots of protein and other minerals..you can check meal planner section for healthy recipes..
