hello... meri age 36 hai.... mujhe kuch mahino se sir mai dhadakta hua pain ho raha hai .. heart beat jaisa..... week mai 2 bar ho jata hai.. or dard ke sath mujhe acidity or gas bhi feel hoti hai.... mujhe samjh nahi aa raha ki ye migraine hai ya gastric headache. please help 🙏

A. dear mom. it might be due to acidity or stress most probably. drink lots of liquids. avoid consuming spicy food. take adequate sleep. and once consult your doctor in person
