hello ... Mere baby ka birth weight 3.600 kg tha abhi wo 7 complet hone aaya hai ..but uska weight 6 kg hi hai .usko proper meals deti hu ..fir bhi muscle weight nahi hota

It’s alright child is going to gain weight eventually with the diet that you give you should give proper protein dairy products fruits vegetables everything healthy and the child is going to pick up I think you’re breastfeeding isn’t enough so you should start giving formula to the child
