hello.mere baby k teeth me uper side yellow layer dikh rahi hai.usko iron syrup de rahi hu mai last 15 days se.kya reason ho skta h yellow teeth ka and use kaise thik kare?

A. it may be due to poor oral hygiene or due to iron syp do clean his teeth well with a good soft brisels brush or finger brush twice a day
