hello, mera pregnency ka 4month chal rha h. mene 1or 2nd dono months me sonography krwayi thi bcoz mujhe stomach me pain rhta tha. pr uske baad mene koi check up nhi krwaya meri tabiyat mujhe shi nhi lgti hath pero me dard rhta h Or thakan bhut rhti h bhukh bhi nhi lgti main kya kru

Ine genefral you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
