A. it's normal too baccha jb bada hoga apne apn shi ho jaega no worries

A. Sometimes it can be a possibility that the child is passing with pressure which is normal but sometimes it could be in indication of an infection or discomfort also but nothing can be set for sure without having a physical assessment so please check with the doctor
