hello, mene periods delaying tablet li thi 5 days ki..prevent- N. 2 months ago....uske bad periods aye to heavy bleeding hui..doctor se consult kiya to 21 days ki medicine di...usse heavy bleeding to ruk gayi...but spotting band nai ho rahi h...bilkul...wapas consult kiya to wo hi medicine 3 months tak continue karne ko bola h...kya meri period ki cycle wapas set ho jayegi 3 months me???

A. you can continue the medication given for 21 days for about 1 to 2 months so as to regularise the periods. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
