Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother you are never suggest to go for any kind of medicine just on the random advice you need to show those rashes on pimples to the doctor first at home you must keep your child well hydrated as the hydration can beat the heat as those resources can be because of heat you can simply apply fresh curd at room temperature and then bathe your baby
