hello mam/sir, my son birth weight was 1kg 950 gm, because he was born in 32 weeks.. now my son is 2yr 5month and his weight is 13kg500gm and height 89cm. is it ok? and plz tell me what food i will give him for weight gain purpose

A. hello dear Mum the weight for age, height for age and weight for height of your son is absolutely normal and good child should be given all family foods give a balanced diet which has variety of food groups
