hello mam/sir... actually iam hand expressing breast milk for the past 2 months.... is it safe to continue or stop... because my elders telling that if you continue hand expressing then you will get breast cancer or else Ur breast tissues will got damaged soon like that... am really afraid of this tellings to me so please suggest me what to do now ...
