hello mam my son is now 5months old but my milk supply is not adequate, can I introduce cow's milk to him

Cows Milk can only be given to the child after the age of 12 months for direct consumption so if your lower breastfeeding you can go ahead with formula feeding as of now that’s a support to all the women who do not have sufficient lactation for the kids
