hello mam, my son is 7.10yr old. mam just half an before my son came to me with is half chipped thooth... what should i do mam send u the pic also of the remaining crooked theeth... will the remaining part fall on its own or should i take him dentist?? pls reply asap

half broken milk teeth can not fall on its own..
this has broken down due to cavity
