Hello mam My son is 6 yr 8 months old He will always says he will be having stomach pain even I completed antibiotics syrups every thing I am giving fruits regularly and most am giving healthy food

So despite of proper medication if your child is not good as of now also it is a good time for you to get an ultrasound done first consulted gastroenterologist they are going to tell you what is the problem with your child and what is meant to be done ahead of that
